Notice breakout from United Rentals (URI) +7% and many small caps, mid caps are running fast to the upside today.
Upcoming stimulus plan approval is another driving force behind overall bullish bias in this trading environment. Many unknown factors are still on the table but stock markets avoid breakdown so far.
