Rebound Wave
The stock market began its rebound wave after three red days. Here are two factors to check in the next few sessions to determine if this rebound will re-charge the bulls or not.
First, check out how daily volume between up and down days. Currently, it looks like the rebound is weaker than the falling days.
Second, check if the gap-down zone gets filled. This is the location bears gave the strong punch. If the rebound is for real, then it fills up this gap.
If both conditions do not happen, then we can assume bears are still in power. Just waiting for another powerful punch when the rebound is over.
