Tipping Point Warning
The tipping point is very important to watch because it could be the beginning of a much bigger event. Everyone knows the stock markets are weak but some people think this is a short-term problem because it could rebound and turn back on the rally.
If you look at the featured chart of Dow Jones ETF (DIA), then you can see DJIA is at the tipping point of an uptrend channel. It would make sense to understand the consequence when it falls further from here. It could be a much more severe selling or falling ahead. Even though it could bounce up a bit, the risks of collapse increase significantly based on this chart.
