Balloons and flying objects were hot topics these days. White House and the Pentagon were busy dealing with them. The relationship between China and US became intense. It provides potential opportunities to invest in the aerospace and defense industries as a result.
- Aerospace: CAE +5%, TDG +2%, BA +1%, RTX +1%
- Defense: NOC, AJRD +1%, LMT
Although the big fights does not start yet, the confrontation kept escalating higher. Also, the war between Russia and Ukraine does not conclude yet. Thus, there is a possibility that the risk of much bigger warfare could get triggered.
