Watch out Sell-off
European markets suffered a sharp sell-off last night (DAX -3%, FTSE -2.6%, CAC -3%) due to new COVID-19 cases. US may experience a similar sell-off today as pre-market quotes appear.
This is important to keep cautious on the development of COVD-19 because out-of-control COVID-19 would make only hope for vaccines diminish. Although lots of vaccines are being approved and delivered to people worldwide, only time will tell whether they are effective or not.
In summary, it is time to be cautious and stay alert on market reactions.
