Investment Bankers Breaking Out
Investment bankers are breaking out and running strong: TROW +3%, BLK +2%, GS, +3%, MS +3%, JPM +2%. Other financial stocks are also performing very well: DFS, SIVB, HIG, LNC, AXP. Markets show signs of strength under high inflation and before Fed raising the rates.
It means that investors price in the threat of potential headwinds in higher cost of living. In-flow of capital from over-sea, IPO, and various investment channels should overwrite the risks.
Thus, the financial sector is worthy of attention for watchlist and portfolio addition.
