All major heavy equipment makers had a strong day today: CAT +3%, DE +3%, PCAR +2%, CMI +5%, WAB +4%, OSK +3%. Industrial (XLI) +2.5% also performed very well today in sector performance. Among variety commercial vehicles or equipment makers, Caterpillar may be the most important maker of all because its portfolio covers wide industries:
